New England Water Remediation

New England water remediation did a great job for me in Hollis. They answered the call quickly when we had flooding in the basement. They came out right away and got the water out and then set up all their machines and equipment to dry out. What was there they helped us move furniture and boxes and clothing out of the way they helped me sort through it then they came and cut up the tile did a flood cut around the base of the wall walls they work tirelessly round the clock and we’re very responsive to any phone calls. We had they did a fantastic job special thanks to Neftali and the team who were here through snow and bad weather until the job was complete.

I cannot recommend New England Water Remediation highly enough. After purchasing a new home, I discovered a leak in a kitchen wall that reveled a nightmare scenario: extreme mold and rotted wood. What I thought was a localized issue turned out to be a lot worse. The mold and moisture had spread into the ceiling tiles, causing them to warp and sag, and the existing plywood under the roof was unstable. So happy with the team over at NEWR. Recently had some water/mold issues in my basement; the best course of action was to completely strip the finished basement. Within 3 days, Greg had his team at my home and within a little over a week, the job was complete. His staff is kind and ready to answer any questions I had. I had a sewer back up in my home and was in a panic. I contacted Jen Marty with New England Water Remediation and she walked me through the process and got someone right out to assist me. She kept in touch throughout the process and answered any questions I had. The team that handled the cleaning and removing of my personal content was lead by Nefty and were wonderful.
