The turnaround time was impressive, and the quality of work was spotless. What truly stood out was his professional guidance; Pierre took the time to clearly explain the situation, identifying what required immediate action and what could wait. Even for an after-hours call-out, his pricing was incredibly fair and transparent. Truly a seamless and stress-free experience during a chaotic situation. Pierre is a true professional.

I wish Google would let me give 10 stars for New Image Plumbing & Rooter. I almost never write reviews, but they truly earned this one. We had a sewage backup at our commercial office — easily one of the worst types of surprises — and they were onsite in under 2 hours from my call. That alone was a huge relief. Pierre, the owner, showed up himself. He was incredibly friendly, straightforward, and easy to communicate with. While his technician handled the repair quickly, Pierre walked me through what was happening and provided transparent pricing before every step. They ended up snaking both the main sewage line outside and the bathroom drain pipe. I'm so glad I found this local company! They were able to come out the same day after I called in a panic since we had no hot water. They replaced an old/dysfunctional water heater with a tankless system the next day. Also noticed some old pipes that were leaking that they repaired. Amazing customer service from the office staff to all of the team- Pierre, Refugio, Pedro and Pedro have all been super nice, trustworthy and do good work. Highly recommend!

When my wife and I purchased our new home in February 2024, we knew it would be costly to renovate the home, since nothing had been done to it since it was built. NIP came out, provided a quote, even gave me style options and recommendations for the vision we had. We were worried about cost but NIP helped us from A to Z, not only identifying areas we could adjust to make our budget, but they completed everything way faster than expected.
