Tyler and Michael came to check my roof due to me finding a shingle in the side of my yard. They were here on time, checked the roof and I was informed that my roof was in great conditions. I appreciate New Ruf quick follow up after filling their online form, they put me on their schedule very quickly and was open to come check my roof after I got out work. Will be using them for future roof work. Will be waiting on their Gutter quote.

Harry Taylor was our Project Manager and he did a fantastic job working with our insurance adjuster after the October hail storm left our roof and gutters needing an entire replacement. He made sure the work was completed, the yard was picked up, and considering our roof is SO big they finished it in one day, including our shed roof (which they got insurance to pay to replace too). The gutters were installed a few days later withint hours. Easy to work with and made the process much easier. 5 stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Adam was my salesperson, and he was great. He was the reason I went with this company. I was worried when I spoke to him, and he told me he was no longer with the company. Well, I was pleasantly surprised with Tia. She was great. She had excellent customer service. Tia explained everything and answered every question and call. Keep her and give her a RAISE!
