After paying for a monthly pass i was told that my car needed to be moved weekly. So I was away taking care of a parent but needed to have a friend move my car? That is crazy. Additionally while my friend was moving my car she (65 yo handicapped) car wouldn’t start. The parking attendant walked by her, hood up, standing in cold dark garage not ever inquiring if she needed help. She in fact did need help but couldn’t catch up to him. Safety?
