He figured out the problem right away and got it taken care of fast. I appreciated that he explained what was wrong and what he was doing to fix it. Fair pricing with no surprises. AAAAAMAZING!! Our kitchen sink was hopelessly clogged... on a SATURDAY NIGHT!! Joseph (Russell) SAVED OUR WEEKEND! He called and texted... let us know exactly when he would arrive. (he was 5 minutes EARLY). He assessed our sink, brought up his heavy equipment (up the stairs!). He did a BEAUTIFUL JOB! You can tell Joseph takes a lot of pride in his work.
