I've been a customer for over 30 years and Nittany has supported me through it all, including a new furnace and a new oil tank. They are competent, friendly and thorough and they aim to please their customers.

Nittany Energy has always displayed excellence and grace when it comes to their care and service. We had a few questions about our heating system when we first moved into our home (it was our first time heating with oil). Nittany Energy was kind and courteous as they answered our questions and helped educate us regarding our oil furnace. Always grateful for their efficient and timely tank fill-ups to keep our home warm during the frosty months!

Nittany Energy is reliable and provides very good options for delivery and payments that fit my budget and schedule. Timely automatic deliveries are a great option. I think it provides great value for energy purchases and as well, their customer service is wonderful! I appreciate Nittany Energy as my heating oil provider.

Re. Service. Had a tune-up done on the oil burner. A couple of weeks later the furnace wasn't firing up right. Called service again and second visit cured the problem, no extra charge. I appreciate that they stand behind their work. Service personnel were also very polite and willing to take time to explain any question asked.

Technicians are always helpful with any issue I have. The staff is always polite and helpful when making my budget payment.
