The Nordic team was great to work with! Their office staff was very responsive with their quotes and scheduling. When it came to doing the work, their crew was on time, friendly, and did great work. They removed our old garage insulation and installed new insulation. They cleaned up the space incredibly well after completing their work. They left our garage better than they found it. My wife and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Kitsap area!

Devin, Pazelee, and Colby are a fantastic team! Proactive communication, extremely professional, and the absolute nicest! They kept the work area (water damage after a leaking window) super clean and organized and were great at looking out for our needs, whether it was bumping up an appointment to fit in our schedule or booking check-ins and follow ups with lots of notice. We heard about Nordic through word of mouth. They were punctual, communicative, and honest. My husband and I always assess whether contractors speak differently to me (a woman) than him and we were happy to note that we were both treated equally, never upsold, and never spoken down to. Though I hope we never have the need for water mitigation services again, if we do we will go with Nordic.

We had an overflowing toilet that poured down the vents. I worked hard cleaning it all up, but still called since it went though the vents and made a puddle on the downstairs floor. They showed up, told me I did a good job preventing damage, checked everything for moisture upstairs and down, sprayed with disinfectant, and didn’t charge! I felt totally comfortable with them in the house. They were chatty and respectful. I also now know what all their services are, so I’ll define use them in the future!
