Very pleased. Contacted Swift after realizing we had no hot water, and a simple reset didn’t seem to entirely resolve the issue. Ryan came out on Monday (Feb 16).He spent maybe an hour investigating the issue and troubleshooting - all for NO CHARGE! He wrote it up as an estimate. He let us know one of the two heating elements no longer worked. Received the estimate for replacement on Feb 18. Originally scheduled for March 11, but they had a cancellation and could fit us in on Feb 26. Steve was efficient and thorough and had the old water heater swapped out with the new water heater within a few hours. So very happy to have hot water again!

Was able to get a convenient appointment. My disposable wasn't draining properly. The service person was prompt, professional, kept the area clean and worked efficiently and effectively to the point of lowering the overall original quote due to his skill set. Also offered some helpful information regarding keeping drains cleared. THANK YOU to Swift. Always a pleasure to work with.

They were amazing! Showed me where and why my toilet seal was failing. Very transparent with charges and explained everything. Couldn’t be more please as to their professionalism and quality of work. Very respectful to myself, and my property. I’m an older widow, and have sadly gotten used to having to question and be very cautious of who I hire to do repairs. This company is trust worthy, as well as reliable! Post my experience with them, I will never go any place else for my plumbing and heating needs! Amazing job guys!!!!

Troy from Swift Plumbing and Heating came to our home to repair/replace a faucet that was hard to access and was leaking. We had been told it was not fixable. He diagnosed , replaced and repaired it in 20 minutes! Troy was very personable, professional and skilled! Thank you Troy!!

Swift Plumbing is fantastic. Lisa and the technicians were amazing to work with from start to finish. They were incredibly responsive, kind, and patient, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel very manageable. The team was flexible and understanding, communicated clearly, and worked efficiently even when the job required coming back another day and navigating a few site challenges. Their professionalism really stood out, and the quality of the work was excellent. On top of that, their pricing was very competitive and fair.
