We had a great experience with WSPS. Our plumber Forrest arrived on time, was courteous and professional, and clearly explained some concerning issues he found. He completed a thorough repair under our kitchen sink and brought everything up to current county code. We really appreciated the attention to detail and communication throughout the process. We will definitely call WSPS again in the future should the need arise.

I had a great first experience with West Sound plumbing. I had a leak in my kitchen faucet and discovered this Wednesday afternoon before Thanksgiving. They were able to get someone out within an hour, and Forrest was super fast and kind and found the issue right away (new faucet for me!). Since I had to wait until Friday to buy a faucet, I couldn't be available for the install until today, and just as they did Wednesday, when I called this morning they had someone out within a couple of hours. Jordan and Dakota were fantastic and I'm happy to have my new faucet, and a reliable plumber for any future needs.

Jordan & Noah were very polite and professional. They fixed the problem quickly and thoroughly explained what happened. Even more amazing, they were still clean after crawling around under the house! Will definitely use West Sound in the future.
