I have two say that this is by far a better place to get your water heater than the big box stores. I had a bit of a snafu in that I had to replace an old propane heater. When I got the replacement, they gave me a natural gas heater instead of propane. Unfortunately this was not noticed.l you installation. It operated fine for about 3 months then stopped working. It was only them it was discovered it was not a propane heater. I will say tlhey did the right thing despite my unprofessional attitude (again my big apologies to Rick and the team) and replaced the unit for the difference in unit cost. The new replacement is installed and it's working just fine. Thanks Northeastern and the Eldersburg team!

Has to replace a boiler expansion tank for the first time and Northeastern Supply was recommended. I had no idea what to expect walking into a specialty supply store but the guys there were cool. Helped me quickly find what I needed.

They have alot of supplies but older guy help me but very rude , never going back untill he is gone .
