I have ordered many things here, siding, windows etc. A phone call telling me my material is in would have been nice each time, as opposed to me having to call and ask for it. But the biggest negative is they're no longer competitive in their pricing. Everything's going up in general in every market, that's the state of 2021. But now they're one of the most expensive suppliers.
