Nova Pumping

Omar is a great guy - he’s been my goto pump guy for close to three years now. I’ve had several difficult line pours and he’s consistently been able to adapt and deliver even when there’s been issues with the concrete or issues with the placement. Reading some of the other reviews on here surprised me, and I suspect the real issue was with the nature and stress of a concrete pour as opposed to any issue with the line pump.

Omar was so easy to deal with! Pricing was fair, he and his crew were punctual, and the job was completed on time. 10/10

I wish I could leave 0 stars due to their unprofessionalism and dishonesty. This company was recommended to us by a concrete company, so we decided to try their services. We spoke to the concrete supplier and they spoke directly to Omar from Nova Concrete Pumping to ensure the right type of concrete was used. However, on the day of the pour, Omar started to complain about the size of the stone used in the concrete, despite confirming it with the supplier beforehand. The hose used for pumping the concrete got clogged and Nova Pumping didn't seem prepared to handle the issue. As a solution, they lubricated the hose with old, dirty oil, which spilled all over the customer's property. They did NOT clean up the mess, and we had to send our own personnel to avoid county fees.
