Nuway cleaners

Today was my first time entering No Way cleaners in Waynesville. I found myself going in asking about cleaning my wool jacket, zipper lining, it's a very nice jacket. The lady greeted me and was very nice. The man who I assume is the owner was very nice and friendly to the older gentleman that was in there before me. And as soon as the older gentleman stepped out, this man literally shifted his demeanor from a smile to a ridiculous conceited snobbery, that I have never quite experienced before. I literally had to let him know that my jacket wasn't cheap. I verbally had to speak those words. He quoted me some price as there are no pricing listed on the walls inside to let you know how much things cost, so he just decides what he's going to charge based on his perception of the customer, and

Just moved to the area. Owner was a demeaning tool. When he finally lounged his way to the counter after i was there alone for minutes... No"hello", no "how are you", no "sorry for the wait". I just had one mens button down and had a few normal questions. How long and how much? He said "maybe" a couple of days and $4-something. I let him know that I'd like medium starch... he said that I would have to pay extra for the starch... so $5-something. I thought that was pretty high, buy said ok... then handed him a credit card. "You're not paying with cash?" ...( I thought that was understood when I was handing him a credit card) "No"... then he told me that it would be another 20% for credit. I just said thanks, but no thanks... it wasn't as much his "nickle and diming", but his lousy attitud

Extremely unfriendly, asked for a credit card to hold order. Charged $214.00 before discussing a price. Refunded the money and returned the laundry unfolded to refold myself that brought neatly folded.

Terrible experience. Snooty and disrespectful in every sense of the word

They did a good job on my clothes. However I dropped them off on Tuesday and they weren't ready until Friday. That's a bit long.
