I have purchased cabinet door and cabinets from Oakleys and always had a good experience,for myself and commercial projects. Jeff has always been straight forward , fair with his pricing and worked to get my order completed as quickly as possible. Jeff was willing to work with me on both small and larger projects.

I originally called this company from a referral telling them I needed Kitchen cabinets built in a two week window Jeff the owner said no problem so I gave him the spec's and he even did a site visit. Well he took more then a week to get a price together once we got that we gave him the go ahead. Well two weeks turned into 6 weeks and still no cabinets he dodged my phone calls and emails he missed two deadlines for the job each time giving a multitude of excuses. Finally after 8 weeks we fired the Oakley cabinets which is about three weeks more then I wanted to give him but the homeowners wife wanted to give him more time just hoping to get her cabinets. We then hired another cabinet company and with 4 week back order but they had a guarantee to be on time and have a good rating. I felt r

I wish I could recommend Jeff's business, but I can't. We ordered replacement doors and drawer fronts for our kitchen remodel. They had to come measure twice and still didn't come out how we had asked. All of the doors came with the wrong offset hinge, so I had to take them all apart take them back to Jeff's shop and ask several times for them to correct it. We had also ordered rollouts with the order, to be delivered later. I provided the dimensions for these as even with promises to come measure he did not. I've now been waiting almost 4 months with regular requests from me for updates. Multiple times over the last 3 weeks, Jeff has promised they would be delivered " the next day.
