Oakwood Fencing

I waited 6 months before posting a review of Oakwood Fencing to make sure that the groundhog-proof fencing they installed actually did its job to keep the critters out of my butterfly garden. Rich and his team were friendly, professional, and did a great job at a reasonable price. And 6 months later, I can confirm that it worked! The woodchucks tried burrowing in, but they were blocked by the fencing (what Rich calls "the bathtub"). I highly recommend this company!

They’re only half way through the job but I couldn’t wait to write how great they’ve been. We have a tricky situation here as an animal rescue, with different yards for different animals, and they have been so helpful and understanding. They have checked regularly and have made sure everything is clear before they start. The fences look great. The crew are hard working, punctual, and so friendly. It’s been a great experience so far.

We had a great experience with Oakwood Fencing. Rich came out and gave us a very competitive quote. We had to decide with going with a very traditional vertical wooden fence with any fence company, or take a chance on doing a custom horizontal fence we really wanted. We took a chance on Oakwood Fencing to do the horizontal fence and we are SO glad we did. We LOVE everything about it. The crew was polite and worked quickly and we had a huge fence up in just a couple days.

I just had a fence job done by Oakwood fencing and had to post my experience. From start to finish, estimate to paying the bill was a great experience. They responded to my phone calls and actually showed up for the job. Connor and his crew were the BOMB!! They went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! I actually had plans with another LOCAL fencing company in Hudson who made excuse after excuse not to do the job, even after giving me an estimate to do the job, and never returned my calls. Oakwood fencing employees were extremely friendly and did what they promised to do. Thanks again to Connor and his crew, great job!!

We had such a great experience with Rich and his team (Mike, Connor, etc). Rich has been extremely responsive since we first contacted him and his rates are very reasonable. His team arrived on time and were extremely friendly and professional. They did an exceptional job and left the property in tip top condition. Highly recommended if you need fencing work done in the Columbia/Hudson counties.
