Ken from Oasis Well Services is likely the single most honest person that I have met in a long time. We originally thought that our well pump needed to be lifted. Ken spent an hour measuring and diagnosing out issue and found out it was not well related. Then, despite having spent is valuable time, he refused payment. I trust this company and Ken. Whenever I do eventually have well issues, I will not hesitate to call Ken and Oasis Well Service. Professional, honest, and exceptional customer service. You cannot go wrong with Oasis!

Been having an intermittent loss of water which like most folks is very concerning especially when you have horses and animals. I'm a retired electrical engineer with over 50 yrs. of industrial/commercial experience with all kinds of pumps, processes and systems but this one stumped me (the pump is submersible) so John kindly came out and I could tell by what he was checking that he knew his business. It figures that our water system was supplying water and pump, etc. all working normally. John said he's not the type of person to try and sell my wife and I something we don't need. I'm not always the easiest customer but Ken and crew from Oasis have won me over (for life now). We had them do work for us in the past and they came across as very knowledgeable and fair. However, I didn't know how good I had it with them until I recently tried another company. The other company misdiagnosed the issue with our water and charged us a BIG bundle... Water still muddy. We called Ken to help and he (and son John and another helpful trainee) came out quickly. They fixed the issue in no time, showed/explained to me exactly what they were doing and then gave me a big break on the price to boot. I've had Oasis out to my house twice for help with diagnosing issues with my water system. They have come out free of charge, given me advice, and recommended other professionals that were more specialized to my needs. Making time around a busy schedule to offer advice for no charge is 5-star service without a doubt. While they are clearly knowledgable on the "house-side" of well systems (pressure tank, pump switches, filters, etc.), they seem to specialize more on the "well-side" of systems (pumps, casing, etc.). I HOPE I never have any issues on that part of my system, they will be the first people I call if I do. Thank you for taking time to help me, even if it was recommending another company!

A true to life amazing family owned business that puts people first. It is so rare to find a group, that I imagine is struggling themselves with the state of the economy and world, that puts customers and their community first. I’ve had oasis take care of me and my old house for 10 years. When measured against these huge electric and plumbing companies with their bs “vip” memberships and obscene pricing, Oasis reminds you of a better time and restores faith in an otherwise dishonest and predatory business situation where you and your family really need something fixed, and instead of humanity, you get extorted!
