We have a difficult driveway to navigate and the drivers always do a great job of getting oil delivered to our house. The company has been quick to respond when we had an issue with the furnace and the office staff has always been very friendly. We have used this company for 15 years and have never had any problems.

Customer of 5 years, never had any issues until my last delivery when they claimed I needed to have the whistle on my tank checked out because it was faint. When I called to order this year, I was told they would not deliver until a technician came out to look at it. Over the phone, the nice lady told me that it often just needed a quick check, but if it really needed service it could cost money. I agreed to the only terms that would get my oil delivered and the technician was scheduled to come out between 1-2 two days later. The technician arrived at 1:40, put a vacuum to my outside line for 1 minute, returned to the van to use their phone, then knocked on my door at 1:45 telling me I was all set and that he needed to collect $86 from me. Just finished a home oil to propane conversion project with O'Connell Oil Associates, and I can't help but express my satisfaction. The installation was efficient and precise, clearly reflecting their high level of expertise and commitment to quality. Two straight years of terrible customer service. Last year they cancelled on us 2 times before finally coming to clean our furnace well into heating season. This year they never scheduled us an appointment automatically like they had been doing for years but also didnt bother to tell us they handn't done so. When we called and made our appointment they couldn't come until middle or December. Of course on that day they don't show or even call to say they arent coming. Then when we call I get serious disrespectful comments from them.
