Josh completed my annual boiler service/cleaning, 10/10 service all across the board: -morning of the appt, they called to see if he could arrive EARLY (heck yes!) -very thorough; he worked well-past the "appointment window" (and I suspect actuslly it yook longer than average) so was clearly not rushing or skimming steps -super patient with my 27 questions throughout his visit -took it upon himself to make a few quick adjustments outside the core 'service & cleaning' checklist -genuine + gave honest information about a potential issue, how to monitor, options should it become a real problem (but also by no means was trying to turn a service appt into a sales pitch) -gave my big, overly friendly & curious dog some occasional attention throughout the cisit, so the pup said 10/10, too! Long time customer of Oehlert's. They've installed two AC units and an oil tank. They do a terrific job. Also yearly furnance cleaning. Guy, one their installers and service techs just finished up the yearly service and did an excellent job. He was thorough and explained everything he was going to do, top to bottom, and afterwards gave a debrief on the work completed and the health/status of the unit. Awesome job Guy, thank you.

Today we arrived at the office to find we had no heat, so we called for service. I was very happy to see that Guy was our technician again. He previously serviced two heaters for us back on October 30th and did a great job. I had fully intended to leave a review then but forgot—so when I had the same excellent experience today, I made sure not to let it slip by again. As always, Guy had a positive demeanor, assessed the situation immediately, quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly explained what happened, and resolved it efficiently. He walked me through both the cause of the problem and the solution in a way that was easy to understand. Guy truly makes you feel comfortable, and that level of service makes a big difference. Highly recommend!

Had an emergency with the Oil heater/boiler and Guy was on call on Saturday. I received a call from Guy who despite him having 7 other people in the line walked me through the initial troubleshooting steps and explained how to warm up and get the system working. After sever tries and additional consultation from Guy the system is up in running. I'm very grateful to Guy and to Oehlert Brothers for being such knowledgeable and attentive technicians and company. Thank you very much for keeping out family warm!

We’ve been with Oehlerts for 30 years and have always been very pleased with the service they provide. They are always prompt, professional and courteous regardless of the time of day or weather conditions. Special shoutout to Guy who diagnosed our problem by phone and walked me through the simple steps to get our heater back up and running.
