Emma in print is AMAZING! She helped me get my project formatted right and literally had 50 big olds printed, cut edges, and folded in an hour. I’m so grateful for her! What a pleasure she is, too!

We stopped by here to pick up a few office items that we need. We were approached twice in the store and asked if we needed help to find what we needed. Each time, we did need the help since we were moving quickly to get into and out of the store. The cashier was helpful and friendly getting our items scanned and bagged. The store was orderly without having any items on the floor or having aisle obstructions.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Chase at Office Depot. We drove 20 minutes to this location, as loyal members who have held an Office Depot card for a long time, expecting the level of service that aligns with the brand’s standards. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. We came in to print some documents and had to wait a long time with no assistance. Chase was present but appeared to ignore us, focusing on other tasks instead of attending to customers who were clearly waiting for help. When we finally interacted, his attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. He made us feel like we were not valued as customers and that our business was not appreciated. I came in to get some valentines stuff printed and was so lost but Chase V helped me out a lot talked me through everything was really helpful and informative I don’t agree with the bad service and attitude that people have wrote before about him I think he did and outstanding job and should be recognized for it

The in-store sales associates are always friendly and knowledgable. You are greeted upon entry to the store. Every time. The associates working at the print and copy center are always on point and dependable. Great values, easy online shopping, great in-store experience. Super easy to upload business documents for printing online and pick up in the store as well. The last time I was in, I was able to find printable vinyl style labels to make custom labels for dividers for our album collection. The time before that, to quickly grab the glossy marketing prints for my dentist office.
