O.K. Heating & Air Conditioning

Never used this company but giving them 1 star because... 1. The last 6 reviews have been 1 star. 2. No reviews for a year are above 1 star 3. They haven't responded to any of the 1 star reviews. Was about to call them for a repair but then read the reviews. Read reviews, folks, and sort by date. And if a place is great then leave good reviews, too. You'll be helping your fellow McMinnvillian.

I had AC/Heating installed and duct work at my business location. The furnace fans have always been very loud. I called and asked if they could come and see how to make them quieter. They said they would have someone call me about the issue. 3 days past no phone call. I called again, They sent a Tech that took pictures and said that wasnt his department, he would have someone call me. Didnt hear back, after 4 phone calls the office lady gave me the owners cell. When I called Mark, he was not pleasant, was annoyed and said I will have to call you tomorrow when I am in the office. Never heard back. So 5 calls, 1 to owner and they never called me. We now know why, he saw the pictures the Tech took and knows the work was not done right and didnt want to make it right. We have spent tho

On June 25th, 2025 Mr. Mouth aka Mike came to my house, put 1/2 lb of freon in a/c unit and left, situation with not cooling got worse. My wife called O.K. H/A got told Mike did all he could do. Unacceptable answer!!!! Got told the owner of O.K. H/A would come out and check it out. Mike the Mouth showed back up, not the Owner. We had words. He threatened to pack up his equipment and leave. He removed a factory installed insulation pad for return unit, pad been there 22 years, told my wife pad was blocking the flow of air for the return unit. In the end he left without fixing the issue, yet I still received a bill for $115.00 for NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If anyone needs REAL help call Thomas Heating and Cooling in Sparta.

Don't engage with this company if you need work done. Today is June 15, 2025, I called for work to be done on May 28, 2025. Imagine that still no phone call. I honestly have to giggle at the level of people's ignorance and stupidity. If you don't want to work or don't have the time say so. No way this company is professional, I dont care how many years you've been in business serving McMinnville and surrounding area. There's also a new guy starting out Cory Prince, good luck with that one too. Luckily I was wise enough and knowing how people are, I already had someone else lined up. Be smart people. Your money can be spent somewhere else with a company that wants to do their job, make a name for themselves, all while being honest. You work too hard for your money and your time is

We had duct~less units installed about 5 years ago. Their service was great, but has deteriorated over the last year and a half. I called for service repair for a unit still under warranty that was serviced a couple of months ago with only temporary success. I called 2 weeks ago and was told they would be out. I never heard anything else, I called 3 times this week and was told today it might be next week. Even the owner Mark does not return calls.
