Reached out to them after getting news our septic system had failed back in may. They came out, verified the issue and got us set up with septic plans and the permit. Although I didn’t use them for the system install , they were easy and great to work with.

Very fast and knowledgeable service at a great value. Every person I talked to, from Russell to John, were extremely professional and very easy to deal with. I had a pretty unique situation and not only was John able to figure it out but he then gave me tips that would ultimately save me time and money in the future. I would highly recommend them and plan on using their services in the future 100%.

The last time I called for service it took someone 2 days to call me back. When I talked to someone I was going to be charged a troubleshooting fee, plus my annual inspection, plus an additional inspection fee that other companies included in their inspection. In all the annual inspection and repair would have cost me DOUBLE what another company was able to do. The other company answered their phone when I called the first time, had techs out to my property the next day, and fixed my issues at half the cost. I will not use Old Dominion Onsite in the future.

They are wonderful to deal will. We have had such positive results with their work. We have an alternative septic system and we totally trust them. We have a yearly maintenance contract with Old Dominion Onsite Inc. and we are totally satisfied with them.

Not sure if Patricia is just impatient, or unpleasable, but these guys were awesome! The first visit was a tricky one, as we were having a difficult time finding my septic tank. They returned with some fancy gear, including a camera so we were able to locate the tank that had not been properly cleaned out in probably 20 years. They worked very hard to dig up the access point, and spent the afternoon pumping out some very thick sludge. They were kind, talkative, and amenable to answering my multitude of questions. They did a beautiful job installing a new septic cap, and I could not be happier.
