We usually park at the Old Town Parking Garage located in Winchester Virginia when we visit the walk-able "Old Winchester" downtown mall area. This parking garage has always felt really safe for both us and our cars. It's clean and offers plenty of parking within the the vicinity of the "Old Winchester" downtown mall area. It is pay to park, but is very inexpensive, just be sure to hold onto your ticket and not lose it at the bottom of your purse.
Not great for full size ouckups
It is super easy to use and the perfect place to park not only for the walking mall but also for walking anywhere downtown.
Fair price for super easy parking in a great location.
Very close to the walking mall attractions, illuminated no properly, and very helpful when my ticket was lost between the dashboard and windshield.
