On Command LLC

My unit is not working properly. 3 visits, no communication, still doesn't work and now they won't take my calls. Very cold winter and I have to run it on emergency heat. I'm afraid it will stop working completely. My warranty is up soon, maybe that is what the hold up is.

The HVAC technicians arrived at scheduled time but did not appear to be organized. What appeared to be a simple swap out of old system took them over 9 hours. They walked back and forth to their truck searching for items numerous times often returning empty handed. This makes me think they were not certified HVAC technicians and fearful of future problems with the system.

We have worked with on command for the last 2 years. They just installed a new whole home system and beat all the other quotes, by a lot. They did a great job of getting us added to their calendar, punctual, and got the job done in less time than quoted. We would recommend them and continue to work with them now and in the future.

Steven is amazing. Professional, on-time, thorough, knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix my A/C problem same day/same visit!!! He and his company also replaced an entire HVAC unit for me two years ago (different unit/ not the broken one today), and it is still working beautifully. He double-checked his work while he was here, and now the house is being filled with cool air. I love that Steven is a military Veteran and this is his Veteran-owned company.
