As a Rental property investor, I have been involved in renovating many homes. This being said I have dealt with many flooring companies. Not one has come close to giving me the service I received when using On The Spot. Incredible people, very quick, friendly and always on time. I definitely recommend On the Spot Floors! We had water damage in our kitchen and had to have most of the kitchen torn apart. On a recommendation, I called Don with On The Spot Floors. Don managed the entire project from construction, plumbing, electrical, painting, granite and of course gorgeous floors! We had excellent communication throughout the process. We always knew who was at our house and what the next step was going to be. Linda contacted us about prices, down payments and billing throughout the project ( always staying within budget.. never any surprises). We absolutely love our new kitchen! On the Spot did an amazing job with my carpet replacement. They replaced all the carpets in my entire house quickly and they look amazing! They cleaned up so well you wouldn’t have even known they were there! I’ve gotten tons of compliments on my new floor; I would definitely recommend their services!

On The Spot has been our go-to flooring company for over 25 years. During that time we have used their services for carpet and furniture cleaning, installing new carpet, vinyl, and tile in various rooms as well as outside carpet for our porch. When we had a washing machine leak that damaged our hardwood floors they were at the house quickly to restore our floors ( I do admit I did take this opportunity to have them sand all the hardwoods and re-stain a different color.. and it looks great). Throughout the years Linda, Don and their team have provided us superior service and value all with an especially terrific customer care attitude. We plan to use their services for all of our flooring or restoration needs.

I have been using On The Spot to clean my carpets and upholstery for over 18 years. Once again today, I was very satisfied with the excellent customer service, knowledge and results! The gentlemen arrived promptly on time, introduced himself and then took the time to surveyed the areas to be cleaned with me. He then explained the steps he would take to address my specific concerns regarding multiple pet urine stains. As he completed each area he asked me to look at it to ensure I was satisfied with the results. The service and the results were excellent! Without a doubt, I would highly recommend On The Spot!
