Had a custom mirror made with a 4 inch hole to mount a light fixture. Came out great. Administrator who took my order was technically savvy and able to take a description of the hole location measurements over the phone and was confident in understanding. They use the proper mirror adhesive to bond to the wall. It was perfect. My only gripe could be that I didn't opt to have the hole edges rounded and smoothed which costs extra so the edges were amazingly sharp. Not a big deal. Call it a rookie mistake? But Having cut a hole in a different glass mirror myself now, I know that it would have taken 2 seconds with a piece of sandpaper to knock the death slice edges down and give the installer a fighting chance to avoid being bitten by the glass.
