One Parking

I've been parking here frequently for the past 5 years. It's always been valet, not by choice but presented as the only option upon my arrival. On a recent occasion, when I went to the valet stand for them to retrieve my vehicle, the attendant directed me to where it was parked near the entrance, unlocked and with my keys still inside the ignition. I let them know that I objected to having my car parked without being secured, as they'd presumably always parked it before with vehicle locked and keys tagged and deposited at their key board stand. The attendant said that it was fine because no one could exit the garage without a paid ticket. This is unacceptable, especially considering that garage owner doesn't assume liability for vehicle loss or damage. So today I visited the garage and up

Sign says parking up to one hour is 6.50 I was charged 12.70 after trying to exit after about 30 minutes. I tried talking to attend and he just said I had to pay for the full day to be able to leave and wouldn’t hear my complaint about the sign saying 6.50 for up to one hour. After 42 minutes I paid and tried to call for help with the corporate line but received none. I will have to dispute the charge with my card.

Once you enter the garage, attendants tell you it's valet only. There is no signage outside or in that notes this. Attendants were rude and pushy. It's a pain to deal with valet companies when they damage your car, so I refuse to use them. I was at least able to turn around and leave.

I parked in this garage on Wednesday 2/19. I was treated like a queen. The men that took care of me were exceptionally friendly and helpful!! Ezekiel was so amazing, he helped me with my ticket and my parking spot as there was some confusion. Another awesome man helped me on my way out of the garage when I lost my ticket. Thank you so much for everything!!!

There is no sign that says valet, and you get an automated ticket, yet the valet people inside the garage give you a hard time for self-parking. It is allowed, they just make you feel guilty.
