When trying get estimate we had to call multiple times. Then we were quoted 2 different prices. When the installers did there job they were great. Items they ordered were a surprise installer and they had to make it work. I was left with a $90 part they said I needed and never even used. About a month or so after install I did some work and ended up needing a 1ft by 3 ft patch and i had the carpet and padding for it, I needed them to seam it. I called and asked and they said they would call me back. I called back late the next day and they said jason would come and look at it. I waited and nothing. This review is in connection to the rental housing management services provided from this location, Known as J & M Properties. I highly discourage association with connected business, as such practices should not be supported. The service is designed to get the most amount of money out of their renters and hold the least amount of responsibility for the property as possible, The management has made verbal agreements and not kept them as they are not required to via contract which states "no verbal agreements have been made" The review is lengthy but only to provide details, I would not rent from this company again for any reason we were sourly taken advantage of. I believe that they are very knowledgeable about the products they have and how to install them. The owner was supposed to call me back with the total on an estimate Monday or maybe Tuesday. I didn't hear from him Tuesday or Wednesday and I called and talked to Mary at store Tuesday and Wednesday and she said he would call me later that day. I guess they are too busy that they don't need any more customers. I went with the competition down the street.

To the lady today at One Stop Flooring when we were trying to secure a place that looked awesome, would work very well for us. Thank you for being so helpful in letting us know ALL of the details when we asked because it sure was nice to know that an extra $50 per pet fee PER MONTH was applied. We didnt know that when we asked about pricing and what fees and you acted today as if you didnt want us there or didnt feel like doing your job. You're the best!!!
