I can’t say enough about the professionalism and exceptional service we’ve received from One Stop Restoration. When our house flooded back in January, we had no idea what to do. We contacted One Stop and they took care of us. Not only did they ensure our home was dry and had no mold, they also did the reconstruction of our home. We are so happy how everything turned out! They communicated with us and our insurance company to ensure the entire process was seamless. I wish I can give them 100 stars because they are an amazing company to work with. Highly recommend this company. I called late afternoon on a Friday and even though they were booked until Tuesday, the owner came to my home personally to make sure I could be seen. A team was sent to my home Tuesday to began work. They very carefully sealed items and areas in my home not impacted. They worked extremely fast, kept the home clean, and each person involved in the project was just pleasant all around. This included the owner, office personnel, water restoration team, and renovation team. I utilized this company for all services.

Early morning Nov.1, am upstairs toilet supply line failed in my home, flooding a 3d floor bathroom and part of wood floors there, ceiling & wood floor on the 2d floor.
