One Twenty One Design and Build

Chris has been such a huge help with my cabinet project. He really took the time to understand what I needed and made the whole process easy and stress-free. His product knowledge and attention to detail are impressive, and he genuinely cares about making sure everything turns out right. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with.

From our first meeting to our last, working with One Twenty One was pleasant, professional and productive. Working with all the members of the team felt like we were all a part of the same team. There was no problem too small or more concerning that we could not discuss and solve quickly. All the sub contractors were equally professional and respectful of the fact that they were entering our home and they needed to show their best work. And that they did. The results are fantastic. One Twenty One designed and built our kitchen and master bath and both turned out beautiful. We are happy to have chosen them for the job and would not hesitate to do so again.

Wow- cannot say enough great things about this company. My wife and I had tried to have several other companies give us quotes and schedule something for a kitchen remodel and no one ever followed through with our phone calls or emails. Phil and his team got the ball rolling ASAP and provided several check ins everything a new step in the process was about to begin. We met with several members of the team and although committing to a kitchen remodel can be a little intimidating as an active family of five- Phil and Lauren (designer) went out of their way continually to ensure we were well informed, comfortable and part of the process. A positive experience from the initial contact . The team at One Twenty One listened to our thoughts and ideas , and worked together with us to develop a plan pertaining to our kitchen renovation. Phil and Lauren worked within our budget and went over and beyond to adhere to deadlines and have all aspects of our renovation come together smoothly. Communication was constant throughout the project . In addition, each and every subcontractor was kind , professional and trustworthy and skilled at their craft. One Twenty One far exceeded our expectations.

Outstanding experience so far, we just completed the design stage and are excited to have 121 complete a few major projects and addition at our home. The 3D design walk throughs are amazing! So easy to understand, and the in-meeting design on the fly by Julia and the team was impressive. I’ve worked with high quality contractors and designers for the past 15 years, we did an entire custom rebuild of our last home so we have great experience in gauging who meets the high standards we have. Phil and the team didn’t meet any of our expectations, they blew them away! Looking forward to the build (will update this review with photos and feedback).
