I hired Rafael and his team to remodel my master bathroom and they brought my dream bathroom to a reality. I did my homework and had multiple estimates to make an informed decision. Rafael was the only one to spend the time asking the right questions and focusing on the details of my project. I am very happy with the results. We are very, very pleased with our new flooring. Rafael and his son, Brandon, were very knowledgeable and patient. The price for laying the floor was less than Lowes, so we were able to purchase better LVT. Salvador and Bella were so sweet. They were real pros at putting down the floor and cleaning up as they went. The quarter round was matched perfectly to our woodwork. We are thrilled with our beautiful, new bathroom and kitchen floors. We bought the Mannington LVT. There was a nice selection of flooring in different price ranges. The new store is beautiful, it's across from Solenburgers hardware store.

These guys really do great work. I had red oak hardwood floors with significant damage in areas. They feathered in new wood where needed and sanded and refinished the floors which couldn't look better! You can not discern between the original and new wood. And to top it off, they did it all for a very reasonable price. You will not be disappointed.

Visit the others and hire Only Floors! We did 3 major projects to remove carpeting, lay hardwood, renovate a bathroom and laundry room and paint everything. We are extremely happy with the results. Rafael and his team do everything right: they respond to phone calls, they come when they say they will, they stick with the job until it is completed and cleaned up, and they are excellent, experienced and professional in their workmanship and customer interactions. Rafael noted a number of faults, such as water damage, uneven floors, and repaired everything before continuing. Our 55 year old house feels like new!

A big thank you to Raphael and his team at Only Floors for the excellent work done in renovating all three levels of of older townhouse that I recently purchased. All flooring was replaced throughout the house with the exception of two floors that were refinished. Hardwood was used on two levels, including staircases, and LVP in the basement. Old tile was replaced with new porcelain tile in four bathrooms and a laundry room. New cabinets were installed in three bathrooms (two were custom fitted) and new light fixtures, mirrors, and toilets were installed in all four. The entire house was painted (including kitchen cabinets) and all door knobs, hinges, and door stops were replaced throughout the house.
