We were without heat after Snowstorm Gianna and saw an Onslow Heating truck in our development. I gave them a call to get an appointment for service and Nick came within minutes. He found a problem with the heat pump and made a partial repair right away. He came back the next day with the necessary part to complete the repair. Nick explained everything very clearly and even gave us a few tips for our system. Great, professional service.
