We had a car hit our house causing damage to the outside and the interior wall. Matt and his crew did an outstanding job. Some key points: 1.Showed up when they were supposed to 2. Kept an immaculate work area. Even had a temp plastic barrier up inside the house to keep all the dust in one area. 3. Finished on time and on budget. You really couldn't ask for a better experience. We have used Orlando construction for multiple projects and could not be happier. There’s always dust with construction, but Matt’s team works hard to make sure it’s minimal and does not impact your day-to-day. Matt and his team were able to restore our outdoor deck, paint the interior of our townhome and fix the grout in our master shower all within a reasonable amount of time. We are first time home buyers and knew these were issues we wanted completed before we fully moved in. Matt gave us a quote beforehand on all the work and then came back after the work was complete to make sure all the final details were correct.
