Excellent repair experience with Overhead Door of Pittsfield. They stepped in when the contractor who originally installed our garage doors left us hanging. Mickayla responded quickly to my initial email, asked the right questions and scheduled us for service. The tech arrived on time, identified the problem almost immediately (turned out to require just an adjustment), and paired some spare remotes that we provided. Great to be dealing with pros (wish our general contractor had done the same)!

My garage door opener died on Tuesday night I left a message with the AI rep on Tuesday night. I received a text appointmet notice first thing for Wednesday morning. I had a phone call confirming the repairman was scheduled and approximate time of arrival. Repairman arrived on time quickly diagnosed that I needed a new opener and had a new one installed in less than two hours from when he arrived. My garage door has never sounded so quiet and the new opener works great. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the communication and service that Overhead Door provided. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs their service. Five stars.
