The service was great! The receptionist was very friendly and very knowledgeable about garage doors and how they work. I was very surprised how knowledgeable she was. The service man was very prompt and kept in touch instead of leaving me hanging all day. He was very professional and repaired our door in a reasonable amount of time. He gave me a no pressure quote when we are ready for a new door. He explained the different grades of doors and which one he would recommend, there were no surprises to the bill the quote they gave over the phone was the same amount that was due. We have used this company several times and we have never been disappointed. When it comes time to purchase a new door we will definitely purchase from Overhead Door.
