Amazing experience. Called for emergency service and 30min they went to the home and go it fixed. Will use again for sure if needed and recommend to all.

I arrived home to find my garage door not working. I realized the door spring had broken. I called Keith and made an appointment for the next day. 2 cars were stuck in the garage so I called Keith back for advice, and he said he’d send a couple of guys over to manually open the door so I could get the cars out. 2 guys came out, opened the door and repaired the door!!!! From the time I called Keith to when the garage door was repaired was under 2 hours! BEST & FASTEST SERVICE EVER!

I damaged a couple of panels. Keith had the panels and made multiple statements that the would be installed. This was 3 months ago. I don't believe in pestering someone. When they say they are going to do something, I take them at their word. I gave them plenty of time. A week ago I wrote an email to the owner (KenT)and did not receive a response. I called today, and guess what.... no return phone call or email. Your mileage may vary, but there are a couple of other reviews that go similar to my situation. I even offered to pay in advance. What a joke!

I called 2 weeks ago. Set up an appointment. I asked for a door color not in stock. Keith called back and found one at other office and called back before the day was over. The crew showed up on time today and were professional. I checked on their work a few times and they were kind and cleaned up their work area. I love not having to think about life tasks. My experience was just that. Thank you.

It took 2 different installers to hang my door. I called them a little over a month ago about the door being out of adjustment. I have been stood up 2 different times by them. The door is only 6 months old, you would think it is still under Warranty. Looks like they could at least call me when they stood me up. They didn't have any problem taking my money on time.
