Opach AC and Heating Services provided me with a pleasant experience. Robert Howard, the service representative, was very polite and professional. Mr. Howard was attentive to my needs and provided exactly what I requested. The technicians Mr. Jermaine, and another male whose name escapes me, were both professional and courteous. My old equipment and new system were installed without causing any inconvenience to me or my wife. All was explained in a way that I understood everything. The receipt was sent to me promptly. It would be nice to get a receipt with all the details of my purchase. You did a good job.

Jeremy was the technician who serviced my air conditioner. It was my first experience with this company. From the very beginning, he was polite, professional, and thorough. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and explain the solution clearly, despite the fact that it was outside of my budget. The most impressive thing was that his positive attitude and professionalism never changed no matter the circumstances. I appreciate the time, effort and respectful attitude he showed during our visit.

Four HVAC contractors were called to look at the air conditioner unit. Except for One Source, all were booked out two weeks in advance. The technicians arrived and spent about two hours looking over the system. They concluded that it was in need of upgrades, which would cost around $11,000. After I called DJ to get a second opinion, they set up an appointment for the next morning. Their review revealed that the only thing needed was a brand new fan motor. Philip ordered the replacement parts. It was repaired in just two hours and cost $790. I strongly recommend this company because of their professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
