Beware of Pacific Carpets, Inc. - Poor Service and Zero Accountability I strongly advise against working with Pacific Carpets, Inc. They've wasted our time and money, leaving us with an incomplete project and a sense of being taken advantage of. They initially seemed engaged, but once we made substantial payments and they completed roughly 80% of the work, they essentially disappeared. For the past two weeks, every attempt to contact them to finish the job has been met with either silence or the empty promise of a callback - which never materializes. We entrusted them with our countertop installation, and now they're outright ignoring us on the remaining work for our kitchen island. They've left us with an unfinished project and refuse to respond or show up. It's incredibly unprofessiona
