Pacific Sales Kitchen & Home Huntington Beach

We have purchased products from Pacific Sales for years now. Their customer service and support have always been stellar. This past month, we visited the Huntington Beach store to purchase a replacement handheld showerhead and hose. I was interested in a metal option, and Wendall explained the differences between metal and plastic-like materials. He was extremely helpful and thorough. I will continue doing business with Pacific Sales, specifically with this store, thanks to Wendall and other store staff.

Shannon in plumbing was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout our appliance selection process. She took the time to understand exactly what we needed, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and offered thoughtful recommendations. Her responsiveness and attention to detail made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend working with Shannon!

I decided to make my purchase here after the worst customer service experience at the Torrance location. Kevin placed my order within what seemed like 1 minute, literally did not take longer than 5 minutes. Answered all my questions and I made my purchase on new appliances so easily. Thank you Kevin and also thank you Martha (store manager) for assisting me and connecting me with Kevin. I definitely will return here for future purchases and recommend this specific location to all my friends and family! :)

We had purchased multiple faucets/bathroom fixtures from Pacific Sales 4 years ago and were completely happy with their support in redoing 3 bathrooms and a kitchen with 3 faucets. We were surprised when one of the bathroom parts flew apart at a fitting, and went back to Pacific Sales (PS) to check how to get replacement parts. Wendal was extremely helpful and assisted us to research the part numbers and ordering the replacement. But he also suggested checking the manufacturer warranty. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the part was still under warranty, saving us $75.00. Thank you Wendal, and Pacific Sales! BTW, I had already recommended PS to a neighbor who is redoing her kitchen prior to this interaction based on the great support we had during our redesigns.

Went in today with my husband to check out some faucets . Shannon was great at helping us order some faucets we needed. She was also very helpful in searching for the parts we needed to repair faucets that we had purchased over 7 years ago from Pacific Sales . Shannon was very patient ( listening as we rambled on ) as well as efficient , friendly & helpful . Great experience & excellent customer service !
