Paramount Fence

I found Paramount Fence after calling multiple local fence companies. Greg (our salesman) came out to do some measurements and talk to us about options. He was straight forward with us about everything, a no BS salesman. We appreciated that and decided to go with Paramount. I'm so glad we did. Everyone we worked with, from the salesman, billing, to the installers, were fantastic! Everyone is so kind and informative. They will keep you updated every step of the way. Our fence is absolutely beautiful! We can't wait until we can enjoy our yard in the spring after all of the snow melts.

I had my privacy fence installed roughly 10 plus years ago. Two posts had broken at the bottom from weather conditions and wear and tear. I called Paramount and let them know about the issue. They came out and replaced two posts free of charge and did excellent work. Alex who I dealt with was very professional, kind, and took care of it for our family. Always communicated from start to finish. Fantastic customer service and they stand by their 25 year Warrenty. Exceptional! Thank you guys for everything you’re an A plus company!

I would definitely have to say I was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness I encountered with Paramount Fence Company. I reached out to several companies but Paramount made me feel my business was important to them by keeping in contact with me as I got other quotes. Needless to say I did go with Paramount and I am so glad I did. They did a great job installing my fence and were very courteous and neat about it. They kept me well informed of every stage of the installation process. I would definitely recommend anyone thinking of having a privacy fence installed to reach out to Paramount.

Excellent experience end-to-end. Upfront sales and quote team (Dawn & Zack) were thorough with options and on-site review to plan the project. Quote was fair and terms were clearly defined and called out in the contract. Once we officially started the project with the deposit, Sara and the planning team were on top of everything, handling everything with the city and explaining the process. We requested a site survey so it delayed the project on our side and Paramount was easy to work with as we waited to complete the survey. I live in Troy, and I would definitely NOT recommend this company. I purchased a very nice, very expensive fence from them in/around 2012/2014, and everything was exceptional every year until now. Ever since Sterling Weber took over, they are no longer honoring their warranty for my fence repairs. Very unprofessional, and totally unacceptable. I paid an astronomical amount of money for my fence that is on a double lot, and this year, 2025, Sterling Weber, Paramount Fence, is suddenly refusing to honor my warranty. This is absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, and inconceivable. In 2012/2014 I had obtained 3 quotes before I selected them, and they honored their warranty every, single year until now, 2025.
