The guys at the counter are the most helpful with any plumbing issue! I can bring in any parts or pictures of my project and they will help get me what I need. I never even try big box stores because Park Supply is better, faster, cheaper, and I know it only takes me one trip and I’ll have it done.

My husband and I have looked at both of the major department stores for a week to find a replacement part for our bath in our 1940s home. We've made no less then 3 trips to one and 2 to the other and still couldnt find the right part or anyone that worked there that had any clue how to help us. On a whim, before hiring a plumber to come out and change out the fittings (which would have costs 100s!), I went by Park Supply this morning. The gentleman that work there were able to find the parts, had them in stock and took the time to make sure that the parts matched up with my existing part. They were very polite and I was in and out in not time! They are reasonably priced too. I will not waste my time or money at the big box stores again when it comes to plumbing or electrical supplies! Don’t use for parts. Purchased a new hot water heater from them a year ago and the control valve went out already. Called Park Supply and they said they had the part but did not look up our hot water heater to see if part was left hand thread or right hand thread. We had a technician come to install and it was incorrect part. We took it back to get credit but they would not take the return because it has been used to install. No one informed us at the time of purchase that it could not be returned. It would not have been a big deal if it was a cheap part but we are now out $120 for an part that can’t be used. Last time to shop here!

Great place to get parts for home/business. They had just what I needed and the salesperson was very friendly, courteous and glad to help.
