Be wary of paying at the machine before you exit. I was charged twice. I did not take that long to leave the garage between paying at the machine and the exit, but the arm wouldn't go up and I had to pay again! Better to just pay at the exit in the first place.

It's a solid parking structure, and fair prices. Found parking fast around noon on a Sunday. There was some traffic when we were leaving, but nothing crazy.

Conveniently located in downtown Pasadena and right next to a bunch of restaurants. They have 3 EV chargers in B1 (one level below ground), close to car wash stand. They are hard to spot and quire hard to drive to, but once I found the charges, I was able to charge 2h for free.

It states that 90 minutes are free, that 90 minutes includes you getting in your car and driving out. Once I came back from my destination I used the pay station downstairs, I inserted the ticket and it said “no need to pay” so I went to my car and drove down to exit. I am very dissatisfied because one machine told me it was free and the other machine told me to pay, having to wait in a line of cars should not be counted in the “90 minutes free”.
