Parker chimney service

IWe’ve had bill come out to our house over the past four or five years to do a chimney cleaning. We experienced a leak over this past winter decided not to use it and decided to have Bill and his team look at it. When they first arrived. They didn’t have a clue of what they were looking at whether they were doing an inspection sweep or looking at the leak. Had to ask my wife multiple times we told them originally that we had a leak and we did not use it and if they recommended a cleaning or not, they said it wouldn’t need to be clean. They flew a drone up to my chimney to look at then rescheduled come back out with the ladder and sealant to seal around the cap which is what we originally asked them to come out and do. Bill has been a godsend to us this winter!! In Dec, Heatilator fireplace was acting up - we thought the switch might need replacing - but Bill took a look and got it working in no time - without the need for a new part. In Feb, we got a gas smell when using it - once again Bill came out - no need to replace the valve, just tightened it up and we were back in business. Professional, prompt and reasonable.
