Thanks to the professionals at the Suffolk office for a successful propane tank move. Very pleased with the customer service and care moving my propane tank from my previous house to my new home. Thanks to Tim and Simon for ensuring the tank was moved and placed safely. Tim took extra care to ensure the tank was level. Great customer service and attention to detail!

I had an issue this year with lighting my pilot light. I called the number after hours and just let the young lady know what my problem was, but it was not an emergency because it was not my primary source of heat. She called Simon (on call) and he called me right away. Gave me some tips for relighting the pilot light because we had run out of gas in our tanks so our line had to be bled. He spent so much time with me on the phone, then gave me his personal cell #, and advised me to call back if needed. He also stated he would talk to Parker first thing on Monday to have someone come out if needed. We didn’t get the pilot light lit that night (Friday), but the next morning were successful. Boyd and Frank came and fixed an issue I was having after getting my tank filled. They came swiftly and didnt leave until the resolution of the issue. Then gave guidance on moving forward. Definitely recommend Parker Oil in Suffolk Va.
