Parking Experience: 1/5 Customer Service: 1/5 Upon entering the garage, the kiosk failed to print a ticket, although the gate opened. As there was no on-site customer service available, I used the kiosk call button to report the issue immediately. The representative informed me that, regardless of the malfunction, I would be required to pay the “lost ticket” rate. I explained that we were in the garage for approximately 10 minutes solely to charge, and I offered a receipt as verification. Despite this, no alternative solution was provided. BEWARE: SIX-DOLLAR PARKING CHARGE DESPITE “FREE PARKING” SIGN. I was disappointed to find that the Amazon Fresh garage, operated by PMI, has started charging $6 per hour despite a sign outside explicitly stating that parking is free for the first two hours. When I attempted to exit today, I was charged $6, and after pressing the call button to speak with an attendant, I was told that the entire garage now charges $6 per hour, regardless of the posted sign. I was essentially forced to pay $6 to leave, which directly contradicts Amazon’s customer satisfaction principles and misleads customers who expect the advertised free parking. This situation is unacceptable, and I hope Amazon and PMI acknowledge the issue, update the signage to reflect accurate pricing, and provide refunds to those who

Yup you have to pay to enter charging area. Actual Amazon fresh parking might be free with validation. Might. (It’s a separate area)

On 3/16/25, the sign clearly states first two hours are free but now they charged me $6 for 34 minutes to charge my car. Absolutely unacceptable. I will no longer be visiting this garage until things change. Absolutely terrible from this parking management company..

Garage suddenly changed from 2hr free to $6 an hour. Discovered this as I was exiting. Clicked the help button and requested to open the gate as the sign still says first 2hrs are free. I won't be coming back to Amazon fresh anytime soon.
