There is a QR code to scan to prepay your parking when you drive in (Note that this is a little bit confusing since there is legacy infrastructure with a gate and machine that didn't apply.) The QR code is at the entrance and there are a couple stands with it throughout the garage if you miss it at the entrance. Standard website interface, and payment is easy enough. Three dollars for two hours. It's in a good location for everything in the area. I'd recommend it.
Parking for under an hour is free, and in Cleveland that's a rare thing. We park here to go to Uptown Otani Noodle all the time.
