Poor workmanship and I will not recommend his services at all. I just had my bathroom remodel less than a year and yet the caulking is cracking because it wasn’t silicone where the ceiling meets the titles. I have told him about this and even shared pictures and a video but he says it’s not a crack, it’s clear caulking. Very laughable since I’ve had it physical inspected by other professional contractors. They installed fixtures without gloves so everything had fingerprints and paint specs. Very rude at times and kept slamming my front door even when I asked him to close it normally because of working from home. Always wanted my check though. Never again, don’t use him for anything. We are so happy with the bathroom remodel. It looks like a luxury hotel now. The workmanship is perfect. Parsa and crew were great. Would 100% recommend them.
