The technician was able to diagnose and fix my 10+ year old refrigerator after it stopped being cold. But upon replacing the evaporator fan motor, it started making a loud noise every time it cycled on. I called and asked the technician to help fix this issue (the reverberation echoed throughout the house every 15-20 minutes day and night.) it was pretty challenging to get him to come back to address the issue, and he did eventually return twice to try, but the problem was never fixed, and now it is past the 90 day guarantee on the parts/labor. So I am trying to solve the issue myself by researching online.

The secretary was very honest & polite, and got me set up with the soonest appointment. Jason called me 2 hours before my scheduled appointment & I was thrilled! He did a great job, professional, and educated me on my appliance. All around great experience. Thank you!

Our dishwasher didn't get fixed and now we don't have any hot water running to the sink after calling because the tech didn't show up in between 9am and 12pm. If your going to be late could you call the next customer so we're not waiting? The receptionist argued with me until getting a hold of the tech. He showed up late but switched the lines leaving us with no hot water and now there's no water even going into the dishwasher. She said it's the landlords issue not there's that it's a plumbing issue and they won't come back out to fix the other part on dishwasher till that's fixed. I had appointments scheduled twice and both were no shows. Never even got a call to reschedule. They never told me that refrigeration comes before anything else. I'm sorry, but that is not how you run a business. When I call a third time the receptionist was completely rude! She kept talking over Me despite the fact they had dropped the ball so many times. Didn't even have the courtesy to let me vent. Just offered to cancel the service call. Really disappointed.

I was given a morning appointment and told I would receive a phone call that morning. As of 11AM, there was no contact. Called the company for information and receptionist stated "It is still morning." Receptionist refused to help me with information concerning my appointment. At 3PM, still no call and no show. Called company a second time and was told she would have Jason call me the next time he checked in. I finally received a call back at 4PM stating he would not be there after I spent 8 hours waiting. He proceeded to complain to me about how overworked he was, there is no one else who can do what he does, has overtime almost every day and that he is ready to just close up the business and get a different job.
