We just completed installation on flooring purchased from Pasadena Hardwoods. Our experience with them was exceptional! He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and patient; which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Each time we contacted him with questions, he would always respond promptly. Amazing customer service! These folks provide hardwood flooring and engineered wood flooring. The owner is very helpful and very knowledgeable about the latest styles of different types of flooring. If you need an honest opinion and decent pricing, come see these folks. They're not afraid to tell you to go a different route even if it doesn't include them. I highly recommend this shop.

John came through for us in a big way- my wife and I were struggling to find what we needed for a remodel. Not only was John able to track down and provide what we needed, he offered cost-effective alternatives relative to the size of our task.
