Where to begin…Can I give 0 stars? As soon as we signed the contract, we heard nothing for 2 months. Called the bank because of lack of communication. I was to remove my deck myself to save money. Then they never even pulled the permit until the week of when it was in December in MN. I had to have them remove my deck which was insanely overpriced and took 2 guys 4 hours where they left it in my yard through Christmas. I was told it would be picked up before Christmas. We had to let out our dogs since they could not get back in on their own. Was told the project would be continued to be worked on until it was completed. Just met with Thomas from Patio Sunrooms. He was professional, thorough and just a nice person to work with. No sales pressures! We let him know we were looking at options and not ready to make a decision and he did not try to push us. Answered all our questions and let us know how to reach him if we decided to use Patio Enclosures. Loved the layout he created for us. Much better to visualize how the finished room would look.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. While the sales representative was professional and pleasant to work with, the experience deteriorated significantly after the contract was signed. Our project contract was executed in April 2025, and as of January 18, 2026, the project remains unresolved. Communication throughout this process has been extremely poor, and the assigned project manager has been ineffective and unresponsive. At one point, we included the head manager in a text message to address ongoing concerns, only for them to remove themselves from the message thread entirely. No follow-up, no acknowledgment, and no communication since. The lack of accountability and internal coordination is concerning and suggests a need for significant restructuring within the project management and c

Thomas Signorelli came to my house to give me a quote on a sunroom. He was fantastic. He answered all my questions and was very thorough and very sweet. No high pressure sales tactics. It was like having a close friend come sit at my table for a visit. But at the same time I was very impressed with his knowledge and his conduct professionalism.

We had Thomas out to our house to give us an estimate for a new sunroom and he was absolutely delightful to work with. Even though we didn’t move forward with the decision to get a new sunroom, I would highly recommend you ask to have Thomas as your sales representative if you have Patio Enclosures out. He is very detailed and understanding of our wants and needs.
