We have been very happy with our three season room and the attention Tom Femano & the administrative staff have given us. The structure has added significant additional space in our small cabin in the woods! Love the business and the service.

The salesmanship was strong. We looked at the company because this is all they do. Thinking that would make it better. We had many hassles, calls and emails to the company. We didn't like that at the time of signing there was: sign now for this much, wait 1 week cost is more and so on. That was a red flag that we should have seen. There were things that needed fixing, replacing. Some things that need to be done, but there was not mentioned in the contract, we had to pay someone else to complete the project. We still have not recovered from the shock of how much all of this has cost us.

Appointments and follow up calls took place right on time. Greg Ernst worked with me on the project costs to make the enclosure become a project that can be completed this year rather than wait. Overall this was a great experience.

Very rarely today do you get to work with people who care, know the products & really have your best interests in mind. I can't say enough great things about my rep, honest, professional & a true pleasure to work with.

Very professional. Everything that was contracted for was done in an efficient and timely manor. Everyone was respectful and courteous. You can definitely tell these folks know wat they’re doing. We’re very happy with the outcome of this project.
